Jorge Costa wins the Vítor Oliveira Award - Manager of the Month in Liga Portugal SABSEG

The 52-year-old coach led AVS to a perfect winning record in December

Four games, four wins. That was AVS's record in the Liga Portugal SABSEG during December, earning Jorge Costa another Vítor Oliveira Award - Manager of the Month.

The 52-year-old gathered the preference of his peers in this competition, with 33.58 per cent of the votes, repeating the distinction he won last September.

Tiago Margarido, from CD Nacional, was the second most voted coach, with 23.23 per cent, while Leandro Pires, from Santa Clara, completed the podium, collecting 20.90 per cent.

AVS started off December with a victory over SL Benfica B (1-0), and rounded off the month with wins over FC Porto B (3-2), FC P.Ferreira (2-0) and CD Mafra (2-0).
