SC Farense beat CD Tondela 3-1 on the final day of the season at the São Luís.

CD Tondela took the lead after an early goal from Rafael Barbosa in the 2nd minute.
After 13 minutes, Cristian Ponde scored for the Algarve side and scored again after 23 minutes. Mattheus Oliveira closed the score 3-1 in the 42nd minute.
