Liga Portugal, represented by President Reinaldo Teixeira and by Executive Directors André Mosqueira do Amaral and Susana da Silva Curto, met this Tuesday with the Secretary of State for Tourism, Trade and Services, Pedro Machado.

During the meeting, concrete proposals for collaboration were presented to enhance Professional Football as a promoter of the Portugal brand beyond borders, at a particularly relevant moment given the context of the Centralization of Audiovisual Rights, namely through the organization of high-visibility events, promotional campaigns and joint initiatives with Sports Societies and both national and international tourism operators.

The importance of Arena Liga Portugal was also emphasized, equipped with excellent technical and functional conditions, it stands out as a multifunctional space in Porto's tourist itinerary, suitable for hosting institutional, sports, and cultural events, including the "Museu do Futebol".

This meeting was part of an extensive cycle of institutional contacts promoted by the current Executive Board of Liga Portugal, aimed at consolidating an integrated and collaborative strategy for the sustainable development of Professional Football.
