Nuno Espírito Santo’s campaign at the helm of Nottingham Forest FC was once again recognised by the Liga Portugal Ambassadors, who awarded the 51-year-old Portuguese coach the “Talent that Marks the World” prize for the month of March.

“Thank you very much, Liga Portugal, for awarding me the Talent that Marks the World prize for the second time. I feel grateful and proud, not only for seeing our work recognised once again, but also for the fantastic group I have the privilege to lead. A group 100 percent committed to hard work, dedication, and fighting spirit — a group that gives everything for Nottingham Forest FC and strives for more and more with each passing day,” said Nuno Espírito Santo.

During the period under review, Nottingham Forest FC secured two wins in the Premier League, against Manchester City (1-0) and Ipswich Town (4-2), and also qualified for the FA Cup semi-finals by eliminating Brighton and Ipswich Town.

“We are all one, and beyond the players and technical staff, I must thank, dedicate, and include our supporters, who are our driving force, who never hold back their intense and contagious support, and who always push us further — whether at the City Ground or away from home,” explained Nuno Espírito Santo, who also made a point of highlighting “the visibility that Liga Portugal continues to give to Portuguese professionals who, in the most diverse corners of the world, help to elevate Portuguese football.”
