Kökcü scored the Goal of the Month in Liga Portugal Betclic

The goal scored by the Turkish international in the match between SL Benfica and Vitória SC was the most voted by fans in September

Kökcü, the Turkish international midfielder who is completing his first season in Portuguese football with SL Benfica, is the author of the Goal of the Month in the Liga Portugal Betclic.

His shot from outside the area, after a pass from Di María, which earned SL Benfica a 3-0 win against Vitória SC on September 2 in Matchday 4 of the Liga Portugal Betclic, earned the 22-year-old Turkish midfielder the award.

Kökcü, who was voted by the fans on the Liga Portugal website, beat Joca (Rio Ave FC), Álvaro Djaló (SC Braga), Carlinhos (Portimonense), Salvador Agra (Boavista FC) and Mattheus Oliveira (SC Farense).
