Diogo Costa wins Liga Portugal bwin Goalkeeper of the Year

The Portuguese international player was the most voted by the managers and team captains of the competition

Diogo Costa was elected Goalkeeper of the Year in Liga Portugal bwin, after racking up the majority of the votes from the head managers and team captains of the competition.

The FC Porto keeper was one of the highlights of the team led by Sérgio Conceição, reaching 16 clean sheets goals in 33 games, contributing decisively for the Blue and Whites' second-best defensive record in the competition.

During the season, Diogo Costa also won three consecutive Eurobic Goalkeeper of the Month awards.
