The FC Porto keeper racked up 33,33% of the votes and secured his second award of the season
The FC Porto goalkeeper, Diogo Costa, won the EuroBic award for Best Goalkeeper of December, after racking up a total of 33,33% of the votes from the head managers of the competition. The young player thus claims his second award of the season, after also winning in September.
The 22-year-old keeper played all four matches during this period, having only conceded one goal against SL Benfica on Matchweek 16.
With 29,86% of the votes, Adán (Sporting CP) came second, while Frelih (Gil Vicente FC) finished third with 13,19%.
