Diogo Costa wins Goalkeeper of the Year in Liga Portugal bwin

FC Porto's keeper was the most voted by the competition's head coaches and team captains

Diogo Costa, FC Porto's goalkeeper, was named Best Goalkeeper of the 2021-22 season in Liga Portugal bwin.

The goalkeeper, who helped the Dragons win their 30th league title, was a starter in 33 of the 34 matches of the season, having missed only the last match of the championship, with the title already secured.

Diogo Costa guaranteed 15 games without conceding a goal, making 52 saves in the competition and only being beaten 22 times. At 22 years of age, he also won the Man of the Match award from Liga Portugal bwin once.
