The Manchester City centre-back got the Liga Portugal Ambassadors' vote to win the award for the first time
Rúben Dias, Manchester City's player and three-time Premier League champion, was the winner of the "Talent that Marks the World" award for the month of April.
The Portuguese international player made seven appearances in the period in question, establishing himself as one of the mainstays of Pep Guardiola's squad. It is worth remembering that, in April, the Citizens secured their advancement to the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League and five wins in as many matches in the Premier League.
Rúben Dias was very pleased with the award, and thanked Liga Portugal for it, saying "I'm very happy for the recognition, which will serve as motivation for what's still to come".
This award highlights the already vast contingent of players and coaches whose talent has sparked in Professional Football, resulting from a vote held among the League Ambassadors.
